Flowable Injection Technique by Dr Gestakovski

Course Content

Discover the exciting new treatment method Flowable Injection Technique through a practical demonstration and hands-on workshop.

Compared to the preparation and placement of ceramic veneers, this technique is more cost-effective for patients, less invasive, and repairable. In contrast to freehand composite layering, it is less complex, more predictable, and reproducible.

With careful case selection and precise execution, the composite injection technique delivers reliable and long-lasting results. All participants will create composite veneers using various modifications of the injection technique: monochromatic, cut-back, layering, and colour blending.

THEORETICAL PART:
The theoretical section covers all essential aspects of the Flowable Injection Technique. Topics include facebow registration, centric occlusion/relation, functional planning, aesthetic planning, mock-ups, and more.
The technique is demonstrated for anterior teeth using direct veneers — with over 750 clinical photos, 15 treatment cases, and follow-up data spanning up to 5 years.

PRACTICAL PART:
The knowledge conveyed in the theoretical session is demonstrated live and applied practically on models. The practical section includes:

  • Fabrication of a silicone key for the mock-up
  • Mock-up try-in
  • Fabrication of spacers
  • Creation of a transparent silicone key
    • Production of composite veneers using four approaches:Monochromatic
    • Cut-back technique
    • Combination with layering technique
    • Colour blending technique
  • Finishing and polishing
